Dear Members,
We believe many of you are waiting in anticipation for the release of the Family Directory. We are please to say that we have now completed the most difficult work of collating data and confirming sponsors. Just when we thought everything was fine, we encountered a small problem where the files created could not be opened by our printers, however We are please to say this has now been resolved.
Taking into consideration the printing, finishing and delivery time we are anticipating, to formally launch the Directory in summer of this year. We will be posting further updates on the progress.
We would like to thank all of you for the support.
Yours sincerely,
Directory Project Committee

Dear Members,
I take this opportunity to update you all on the planned publication of Shree Bavis Gam Patidar Samaj (UK) Family Directory.
The process started over 18 months ago and we have twice posted the forms to all registered members, we have also publicised this at every event, you may have also been contacted by a fellow member of your Gam or a committee member.
To date we have received most of the forms, however approximately 7% still remain outstanding. As we are now very close to the publication stage, we cannot guarantee but will try to include any forms received now.
I also urge all members to support us by placing an advertisement/sponsor a page; this costs just 50 and a message will be included at the bottom of the page.
We will appreciate if you can confirm your support. Further details of other advertisement packages are available on our website.

January 2013
Dear Members,
We wrote to you few months ago, to inform you that our Samaj is producing a new Family Directory and enclosed a form requesting details of your family for inclusion in the directory. As such we have not received forms from all our members and remind you that we aim to close this phase of the process, the data collection for end of January 2013.
If you have not yet completed and submitted your form, we urge that you do this as soon as possible and send it to the address on the form, alternatively you can complete the online form that can be accessed via our:
website: www.22gamuk.org
email: bavisgamdirectory2012@hotmail.co.uk(see below for the links)
A form should be completed by each family and if your son/s are married, we would like them to complete a separate form, even if you all live in the same house. If you know a member of our Samaj (friend, family, relation) who has not yet received a form, please let us know or make a copy of the form that you have and pass it on to them.
As you know, printing of such a directory is quite expensive and to fund this we have allocated a number of pages for advertisements. Again we request your support by placing an advert of your business or sponsor a page (a separate form for this has also been enclosed with this letter and includes the rates).
It will also be helpful if you know of and encourage another business, a supplier or service providers who can benefit by placing an advertisement in the directory.
We will appreciate your support with the production of the directory by sending in your form promptly and placing an advert.
If you have already submitted the data form please ignore above request, your support for the Samaj via advertisement would be very much appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Directory Project Committee
